Mr. Terry Considine, CEO
I'm writing to you about a young woman with two kids who has fallen on hards times with a sick two year old, she lost her jobs is disabled and trying to make an agreed upon rent payment that is being denied by the Property Manager (Dan) who refuses to answer her phone call and referred everything to the Attorney who also refuses to answer phone calls. So how does she speak with anyone. Ms. Mota has the balance rent of $465 that is due, but she signed an agreement based on the way it was explained to her that she would be able to pay the court fees and constable payments in June. She is now being told that if she doesn't pay $1797 she and her family will be put out by 12 noon tomorrow - their lease is up at the end of June/July 1st. I am writing to you because she's given up - every door is being shut in her face while she is doing everything to stay in the apartment until the end of the school year so her daugther can finish school and until the end of the lease. I do not have the money to help her with, I've helped where I could, I am a widow wife of a police officer. I can not imagine a company that is not willing to work with residents who fall on hard times. Today it is her, but tomorrow it could be someone close to you. You have a property manager who is very nasty to people and not willing to extend an olive leaf - is this really the way your company does business? Not being kind and considerate, helping someone in extenuating circumstances - we all fall on hard times if we live long enough. I'm writing you for your intervention Mr. Considine - to help someone from being evicted that is on hard times and continues to do everything to make sure the monthly rent gets paid even though not on the 1st of the month. Can you help? Will you help? PLEASE
Thank you
Ms. Wallace.
