For the attention of Lisa Armstrong,
My husband and I often go to Asda daily. I was rather upset that a member of staff at the self area went to my husband’s trolley as he came back quite distressed she just went to the trolley and removed three bottles of clothes washing liquid as he took six that was reduced at the silver trolley plus he bought other stuff too. There was loads left and he wanted to give his mum two bottles and my father two bottles as they are on ill health and mobility issues. She said it’s only three per customer which I know it’s not true and told him if you can you will get notified. My friend bought five and number issues. My point is that the way he was treated and went across, grab three bottles out of the trolley and nearly knocked him over as he got chronic issues with a stick. The staff muttered and said let other people have some, but there were loads on the tray. He was trying to get some for his mum and dad. I find it absolutely appalling and I think she’s new member of staff as he never seen her before. He said she got grey hair and short. It happened today at 8. 58 at the self service area in Alloa. 1st March
Kind regards,
Denise King
