What is Alcatel Phones?
Alcatel originally known as Alcatel-Lucent is a French multinational telecommunication equipment manufacturing company that make products such as fixed line telephone, Mobile phones, computer tablets, converged networking hardware and develop new IP technologies, software etc. The company owns a research and development laboratory known with the name of Bell Labs to the world and has been one of the largest innovation and R&D houses in the communication industry. The company was created when Lucent Technologies was amalgamated with Alcatel and form the Alcatel-Lucent in the year 2006 following a strong competition in the market. Before that they both exists individually with Alcatel founded back in the year 1898 and Lucent Technologies in the year 1996. The company introduced a mobile phone brand named Alcatel Mobile Phones in combination with other company named Tcl Communication in the year 2004. Presently the company is pioneered in the development of new mobile phones such as featured phones, smartphones etc. and some of them are One Touch 995, One Touch 999, One Touch 310, One Touch 358 etc. For providing after sales support and repair to their products the company had opened several service centers throughout the world where its products are sold.
