It serves the areas of Perth, Western Australia. As of 2013 records, Perth International Airport handled more than 13,664,394 passengers which has been increasing every year. It is major hub for six airlines including Virgin Australia Regional Airlines, Network Aviation, Skippers Aviation, Alliance Airlines, Qantas and Cobham. Perth International Airport was established in the year 1942 and given the name as 'Perth Airport' in 1952. The airport has two runways namely 03/21 and 06/24. It has four terminals consisting two domestic terminals (Terminal 1 and Terminal 2) and two international terminals (Terminal 3 and Terminal 4).
